I have been with Inga for over a year now and have lost so much weight with her help. Inga has a heart of gold, and only wants to see you succeed. Not only is she a personal trainer, she is just a great person. She is great for working around your schedule to fit you in so you don't miss out on classes. I am forever thankful for Inga!

I started personal training with Inga in the fall of 2020. Inga is so knowledgeable in this field and fun to work out with. She creates challenging fitness routines that provide focus on specific areas and variety enough to never get bored. Inga always monitors your form and ensures you are doing all the exercises safely. Inga is your trainer and your friend. We have laughed and cried together. Never before has working out been so much fun!

Starting to train with Inga has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my 50 years of living.
After not being active for a long time the first few sessions were hard, but Inga is super encouraging and helps me to stick with it. Now, I feel strong and capable and it’s only been a handful of months.
Oh, and the pain of one of my hip flexors from a previous injury that I had for many years is gone!

I started with Inga in September of 2023 wanting to lose weight, get fit and help strengthen my back as I had a rib injury that was causing me to miss out on work.
